All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a place has been claimed or purchased, the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances, except where a refund is strictly required by applicable mandatory law.
Purchasing or claiming a place on MyHumanPlace grants only a digital right to use and display content within the platform for the applicable service period.
No ownership or real property rights are acquired. A place shown on the map is a digital representation only. Its purchase does not grant ownership, possession, title, lease rights, land rights, territorial rights or any other real right over the corresponding physical area of the Earth.
No corporate or participation rights are acquired. Purchasing or claiming a place does not grant shares, equity, ownership interests, voting rights, profit rights, dividends, governance rights, partnership rights or any other participation in MyHumanPlace, PratelliHub or any company or entity operating the platform.
A selected place on the map does not necessarily represent your current physical location, home address or real-time location.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. MyHumanPlace does not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV codes or full payment credentials on its own servers.
